What have you wanted to do in life that’s just stalled? You know you want something or want to experience something but yet you can’t do it. There’s a block. An emotional or motivational block. So many types of block haha. I’ve been having a real issue with this recently – and not for the first time. But this time I asked for some help from my team – and the answers came!

It’s a bit of weird title. I could write all day about productivity, leadership, people management, personal development, self-appreciation, yadda, yadda, yadda. I could also write all day about my spirtitual life. So what a cool experience to combine the two today!

The trouble is. We think we know how to achieve something. Or we research how to achieve something. But we rarely just let the flow take us there. Why? Because that’s not how we’ve been taught to live. It doesn’t mean it isn’t an option to you.

I’ll give you an example.

This blog. I love writing. And I love sharing my experiences with working with my divine team and my journey of discovery as a lightworker. But I often hit a block when it comes to actually writing and publishing. I haven’t been able to put my finger on it until now.

I asked for some help/insight from my divine team and it came.

I won’t transcribe everything. I’ll just summarise. When I was trying to write or be more productive I’d grab a pen and list out possible titles and topics. Then I’d pick one and start making notes or creating a structure for what I was going to write. Then things would often stall. Finishing man posts just didn’t happen. The advice that came was about doing things in the moment. Then later on when I was writing in my journal I had a flash of inspiration about something blog-worthy. A nudge came to write it there and then. So I did. As other ideas for blogs came I would get that nudge again. Write it now. Go with the flow and you’ll get more done. And I do. Stop trying so hard.

Instead of sitting down to dedicate thinking about the blog, I just let it flow. I’ve been doing the same with work for a while now so I don’t know why I wasn’t applying the same technique. Anyway. Never too late to change how you think or do something. That’s part of why we’re here. We’re creatures of creation. And the most important and fun thing we create is ourselves.

I feel like the message of living in flow comes up time and time again. Each time it’s solving a different problem. The problem of energy management, of law of attraction, motivation, productivity. The list goes on. I keep hitting ife challenges and so many times the answer is flow living. My divine team probably face palm each time. Lol.

No the flow living state is helping me feel less stressed and more productive. Winner!

Dedicated time to something can be helpful e.g. dedicated time for the gym or mediattion – things that get lost or never reach top priority. I get that. But the less you can schedule time, the more it’s actually possible to get done.

I’ll give you another example. Housework. Yuk. Why not try this one first as there’s less risk such as financials! Instead of dedicating time to tidy up – just do it with the flow of every day. Since I’ve been doing that I hate it less and the house is always MUCH tidier. I now even find it satisfying.

Now – there’s a difference between bobbing along in flow and flowing down the river you’ve specified. Flow works best when you’ve decided where your flow is heading. What life experiences do you want to flow towards? What do you need in life? If you know where you’re flowing towards and ask for help from your divine team then the rest of life can just flow around that. You’ll want to head to the park for a walk and end up bumping into someone that helps you towards something you’re trying to do. Flow can do wonders for you life.
