As you learn, grow and develop you will find it helpful to adjust your mantras – we need to remind ourselves of different things at different times.

I’ve just updated my life mantra poster which I look at every morning and several times during the day. I’ve spoken to a few people about mind setting recently and I see mantras as a part of that….so thought I’d share mine.

  • Do not worry
  • Savour each moment – live in the present and avoid past and future thinking unless consciously accessing those thoughts for a good reason
  • Love yourself dearly and unconditionally
  • Never  judge yourself or others
  • Live with joy in your heart
  • Be kind and love others
  • Take care of your environment
  • Pray often with faith that your prayer will be answered
  • Ask for experience and don’t define how you’ll get there – give the universe some flex
  • Spend some time in silence each day and say hello to your subconscious/soul/guides
  • Be as ambitious as you want to be
  • Don’t force things to happen
  • Follow intuition, urges and impulses – trust them and they’ll happen more
  • Go to sleep in peace, wake in the feeling of joy
  • Be aware of your thoughts and direct them positively 
  • Get some fresh air each day
